| Non-tryptic non-canonical HLA peptides from HNSCC for Sreejan's PhD project. Peptides were identified in cell lines and patient immunopeptidomes and were synthesised in the Multipep synthesiser. This sample has 5 pooled peptides as a test for C18 purification of non-tryptic peptides off the cellulose membrane.
