| 12 patient plasma immunopeptidomes, 3 plasmas collected longitudinally per patient. Plasmas were multiplexed (3plex) per patient and fractionated into 8 fractions. This yields a total of 4 samples à 3 immunopeptidomes in 8 fractions.
