This is a test sample. I extracted tissues from FFPE sections by deparafination and ethanol rehydration. Then I followed our standard protocol for TP prep: Lysis with our standard SDC buffer, 20ug of protein digested w trypsin, RedAlkylation, SDC precipitation, drying. 5ug labeled with 5uL TMTpro.
